• Pair a bomb with a bomb to get more bombs.
  
• Bombs throw multi-mark birds more likely than nones. HOWEVER, if you pair against a none (or a 1 mark with rare), you'll sharply reduce your chance of multi-marks.
• Pay attention to Dom Marks. Those are your guarantees. Pair against another bird with dom to ensure multi-marking babies.
• Pair rares against the same rare to increase chance of getting that rare. Your chances are 5% better if you're a Breeder.
• It's easier to breed for specific bases than for markings, especially if you're not a breeder.
  
• Pair sands against Snows to get more Snows and Sands. Sand to soil makes Sand with mostly Soil (occasionally, a snow). And Nox doesn't pass easy, melanistic is tough to get.
• you do NOT have to use the slot immediately. The approval lasts forever until you use it.
  
• Keep a link to the approval comment stashed somewhere. Dracostryx moves fast, so even week old comments get buried. Saving a link to the approval will save you a lot of headache later.
  
• DO NOT BREED until your Stryx has Alpha! Otherwise you'll possibly roll no eggs.
• CHECK LINEAGE! Inbreeding is more likely to net you blind, crippled, stillborn, or brittlebones birds than it is a healthy individual. Your entire clutch could be null if you inbreed.
• Relatives at the end of the lineage are kicked out in the resulting geno. If Düm is the grand-dam of one bird, and the great-great-grand-dam of its mate, she'll be kicked out of the lineage on one side for the resulting geno, mean you can safely line breed without ill effect.
