Just a boarding test I did for my application to South Park.
I DO NOT WORK FOR SOUTH PARK (currently, though I hope I could), THIS IS JUST THE KIND OF THING THEY GIVE YOU TO TEST IF YOU'RE GOOD FOR THE SHOW. This is a common practice in the animation industry. Think of it as "homework" or a dry run.
This is a scene for the test from "ManBearPig". I was informed specifically to NOT copy the episode. Which is fine because I only vaguely remember the episode so I didn't feel pressured to be "better" or to not match my memory. Had a lot of fun with this; it's so strange applying for a show that I remember glimpsing when I was like...6. That kind of thing is rare in animation. I can name on only one hand all the shows I know of that have lasted over a decade.
This is a xerox'd copy of the original test. The original I drew out with black, red and blue marker in order to make certain aspects clearer. i'm happy it's just as strong without color as with.
Funny story: I received the test and Adrian (my interviewer) said 'I suspect this will take you about 4 hours to complete. This takes us 2". I had to bring it in the next day.
I came back 3 hours later and dropped off the test. It took me 2 to 3 hours to finish. They were surprised.
My thinking was if i couldn't do it that quickly at the quality I wanted, I wasn't good enough for them anyway. So i did what i could in the time I gave myself. I hope they like it, I certainly do.

When did you take the test? I was thinking of applying but it may be too late because the season is starting soon. Were you intimidated by the crazy schedule you would have to work it you got the job? I kind of am thats why I haven't applied yet, although I think the show is great.
