Maria the tiger meets a distant relative, Proailurus. Obviously, cats haven't changed very much for the past several million years. Not much need to either; besides a few highly specialized taxon (cheetahs, sabretooths) the basic tree-dwelling body type is a pretty good match to just about every environment. A keen generalist is Mr. Kitty.
