|I do a lot of things...|
Hey there I’m Fable. I’m the co-artist on Blackblood Alliance, one of the artists for Flight Rising, and I’m trying to help fund my online artistic efforts. I’ve got a zombie apocalypse comic called Umbagog starting up next year. This year is all about writing, development, and discussion. And I’d like to invite you in on that process.
I’m going to be expanding my output into podcasts, sticker sheets, and including folks on my writing and development process as it happens. Donating your money means you’ll get access to all new content starting this month
Supporting me means helping turn a comic project into a sustainable reality. I can focus more of my time and energy on creating new original content and less on fretting about paying bills and feeding myself. Thank you so much for your support.
Looking into support platform for comic distribution and funding. Patreon is a well known platform at this point, but I recently discovered Tapastic. It seems more self-contained and geared specifically towards comic consumption on the computer and mobile.
I'd like to know from folks who've used either service if they could inform me of the advantages and disadvantages of both.
And those who support creators, does the subscription service on either platform make donations worth it?
