Anybody who buys a copy of MacHeist for CarnivalDog RIGHT NOW will get an animated icon from me. A minimum one second loop of your character grinning, licking lips, something character appropriate like that. In color.

When you register the goods, just input “Amanda Wagner” into the name and “thehyenaqueen@gmail.com” into the email.

Go here, do it. Give me confirmation via a screenshot.

Be sure to do this in the next 3 hours (that’s how long the deal is up)

Offer taken, but be sure to to check out MacHeist.com for a copy for yourself. It's only $20, you get a ton of nice stuff and it's for mac and windows.

Question for the informed:

In a thought experiment, I imagined a religious ceremony that involved elaborate hand gestures in a sequence. But that this sequence would not be possible to those without hands, without a certain number of fingers, or fine motor control. You'd have to find an alternative gesture or be left out of the ceremony. Not ideal for those heavily invested in their faith.

This brought to mind how those with physical impairments to the senses or limbs (deafness, blindness, paralysis, mental handicaps, etc), how do folks deal with religious ceremonies requiring them to stand? Sit? Confess? Bow? Pray? Travel long distances for pilgrimage?

Do you or someone you know have these disabilities? What kinds of work-arounds were invented to make such ceremonies work? Or was a work-around not found, leading to a schism in perception of faith, or even a departure from it?

Hi Fable, may I ask roughly how much your icon commissions are or if you still take them at all every now and again? :)

I think it would depend on what you want. Most the time lately no, not unless I think I could crank it out quickly. But the main reason I stopped doing them was that DA's icon size limits (only 15k!!) seriously degraded the quality of my work and people wanted more and more complex animations stuff in there.

Ah fair enough! I was wanting something like the icon you did for blueshinewolf a while back or like kayfedewas one. Not sure if they classify as simple but yknow just something short and looped like that. :) Also with a wolf haha.

Kay's pixel icon would certainly be simpler to do. Or something like the icon I got now. Send me a message detailing what you're looking for and I can perhaps give you a quote.
